Approved trade accounts get an assistant that answers from your orders and product documents. When you need a person, we reply by email within an hour.
Businesses with a valid EU VAT number that install or sell solar equipment. Accounts are approved once EU VIES confirms your VAT number. If it doesn’t, we check it by hand.
When can I see purchasing prices?
As soon as your account is approved. Until then you can browse every product, specification and datasheet.
How do customer quotations work?
Add products to a quote, set your markup and add your own lines such as installation. Your client gets a link with your logo and accepts online. Your purchase price is never shown to them.
Why not buy directly from V-TAC?
You can: it is the same product and the same warranty. With us you also get one trade account for quotes, orders, invoices and claims, freight calculated in your cart (or quoted for unusual loads), reverse-charge invoicing and tier discounts that grow with your volume.
How long does delivery take?
3–7 business days from V-TAC's EU warehouses to ES, FR, DE, IT and SI. Freight is calculated in your cart before you pay; unusual loads are quoted by email.
How do I pay, and what about VAT?
By card, PayPal, SEPA, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout, before shipment. Validated EU businesses outside Bulgaria are invoiced at 0% VAT under reverse charge.
