Trade accounts get an AI assistant inside the portal for order status, stock, tier pricing and product documents — it reads the same data we do and says so when it has none. Anything commercial goes to a person at help@inservicetrade.com within an hour.

The questions installers actually ask

Yes. We are an authorized V-TAC distributor — every unit ships from V-TAC’s own EU warehouses with its manufacturer warranty intact. The period differs by product (panels 12–25yr, inverters 5 or 10yr, batteries up to 10yr or a cycle count), so we publish the real figure and its conditions on each product page rather than one headline number. Serial numbers are registered to your company at dispatch.

Write the damage on the delivery note before the driver leaves, photograph it on the truck, refuse the damaged units if you can, and email the photos to help@inservicetrade.com. That note is what makes the carrier claim stick. Damage you only find when the pallet is opened is covered for 7 days — same evidence, don't install it. We open the claim with V-TAC and the carrier, we pay the freight both ways, and we tell you within 3 working days whether it's a replacement or a credit note.

You pay by card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. We don’t run a deferred-payment or credit scheme: the order is confirmed once payment clears, and there are no order minimums to hit first.

Intra-EU reverse charge: as a VAT-registered business buying cross-border, you buy at 0% as an intra-Community supply of goods (Art. 138, Directive 2006/112/EC) and account for the VAT in your own country’s return. You reclaim it in the same declaration — no cash movement.

Sometimes — it is not an automatic right, because we hold no stock and the return has to be accepted by V-TAC too. Ask within 14 days of delivery: unopened, complete, in the original packaging and resellable. Return freight is yours and a restocking charge may apply; we tell you the figure before authorising anything. Ordered the wrong inverter for the job? Ask anyway — we would rather find you a home for it than have you sit on it.
