How ordering works

From VAT number to pallet in four steps.

    Open a trade account

    Company name, EU VAT number, email. We check the VAT number on VIES — the same register you can check us on.

  2. 02

    We approve it

    Accounts are approved once EU VIES confirms your VAT number. If it doesn’t, we check it by hand. Once approved you see your trade price and dated stock on every product.

  3. 03

    Order and pay online

    Pay by card, PayPal, SEPA, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout, before dispatch. No order minimum, no credit scheme — the order is confirmed when payment clears.

  4. 04

    Shipped from V-TAC

    Dispatched from V-TAC's own EU warehouse, manufacturer warranty intact, serial numbers registered to your company.

What changes when you buy from us instead of a general wholesaler.

0% VAT on intra-EU invoices

VAT-registered businesses outside Bulgaria are invoiced under the reverse charge, as a 0% intra-Community supply (Art. 138, Directive 2006/112/EC): no foreign VAT to pre-finance. Bulgarian buyers are invoiced 20% Bulgarian VAT.

Volume tiers, automatic

Your rolling 12-month volume moves you up: Pro +5% from €50k, Master +10% from €150k, Partner +15% from €400k — off every order, no negotiation.

5% off your first order

Applied automatically to your first order over €1,500 (goods, excluding VAT and freight). No code to type.

Questions installers ask about buying V-TAC from us

Yes. We are an authorized V-TAC distributor and every unit ships from V-TAC's own EU warehouses with its manufacturer warranty intact. The warranty differs by product, so each product page states the real figure and its conditions.

No. We supply businesses only — installers, electricians and resellers with an EU VAT number. That is what lets us invoice under the reverse charge and keep trade prices for the trade.

The V-TAC photovoltaic range: solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium and lead-acid batteries, mounting and accessories, EV chargers and portable power. Products without a price or stock figure are shown as "on request" — we never invent either.

3–7 business days from V-TAC's warehouses in Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland. The freight for your cart is shown at checkout before you pay.
